An exciting blog for 7B to record their own reflections on the books they have read and to read and comment on the reviews of their classmates too.

Weirdo's War by Michael Coleman
Danny Edwards "Weirdo" is high school student, who prefers sitting in the library and working out mathematical equations to socializing. His father decides it would be good for him to go on a team-building program during spring break. Placed in a cabin with his nemesis, class-clown Tosh Tozer, and Tozer's two close friends, Danny is the victim of camp pranks. Added to this is the fact that the trip leader, the P. E. teacher Mr. Axelmann, also has it out for both Danny and Tozer, pairing the two together whenever possible. Danny finds a friend, the camp warden, who urges him to think of himself as the water that flows around rocks and obstacles. Deliberately mislead by Tozer's "friend" during an orienteering exercise, Danny and Tosh are trapped in a cave with an injured Mr. Axelmann. While waiting to be rescued, Danny comes to understand his enemy's perspective and the two of them work together to escape their dangerous situation. Will Tozer still act the kind way towards Danny once they're rescued? If they ever are...
