Another Sci-fi story
This one is about a man who has a friend which invents something that can slow down light to a halt. Since it cannot be reversed yet, it is a weapon, you can't unfire a bullet. One day, his friend mysteriously disappears, leaving a note for him, telling him what to do, and how to unfire the bullet, or in this case, speed up light again
