Cameron is a boy with an unhealthy heart. He can't play sports or swim as much as he wants like any other children. He's the only one who sits besides and watches the game. No joining in. They don't even ask him to play now. Cameron needs a heart transplantion. But nowadays there aren't much heart donations and Cameron doesn't have any heart to be transplanted in his body. Dr Bruce, who is a scientist and a docter who transplants animals' body parts transplant from one and another, offered Cameron's parents about a pig heart transplantation. A pig heart...a pig heart...a pig heart...would you have the transplantation or not? Even if Cameron does have the transplantation, waht would happen next? All the embrassing facts about having a pig heart and rumers will wander around his life. Some people who care about pigs more than human..who think animals are equal to humans...they will send tons and tons of letters and swear about it. What will Cameron choose? Will he have a pig's heart or not?
