1984 is by george orwell and in this book he predicted wht the year 1984 would be like. he had a very accurate prediction. Big brother is like the person in charge and he predicted the children would betray their own parents if thier parents go against the big brother. Winston also has a tv which he can't turn off. he also predicted that there would be cameras everywhere and people could whatch your every move.
