some crime book

um this blog is gonna be quick cause this is holiday time but i read a book and have internet so here it is.

this book is about some poor kids in the 18th century who join this crime accademy that steals from the poor and give it to the rich, or is it the other way around? anyway in this one they steal from the mayor.
