the time machine

the time machine is a great book by H.G Wells, it is about a scientist that invents a time machine and travels into the future where he meets the Eloi people. they are afraid of the dark because when the sun sets morlocks arrive. Morlocks are underground creatures that seem to terrify the Eloi people, but why? the scientist then learns the horrible truth. the morlocks are raising the Eloi people as cattle. they are cannibals. he meets a girl called weena and weena helps him around the new world. when he retrieves his time machine  he travels into the future where there are giant crabs and butterflies. then he goes back into th past where technology is a bit more advanced than his. he gets captured but returns and in the end he went on another adventure never to return again...
